Are unlabeled primers modified with a 3' phosphate? |
Our unlabeled primers are not synthesized with phosphate modifications unless requested and specified as a custom primer upon ordering. Unlabeled primers are synthesized with terminal hydroxyls (5' and 3'). Phosphate modifications at the 5' and 3' ends are available as custom requests.
