Welcome to RealTimeDesign Software.

New to this real-time qPCR assay design software?  Here are a few quick tips to navigating this web-based program:

• Use the Dual-labeled design module if you would like to design Dual-labeled or BHQplus™ probes
• Design Dual-labeled probes for qPCR and/or gene expression assays by selecting "qPCR-BHQ" from the "Application" drop down menu
• Design BHQplus probes for a SNP genotyping assay by selecting "SNP Genotyping" from the "Application" drop down menu
• Design BHQplus probes for qPCR and/or gene expression assays by selecting "qPCR - BHQplus" from the "Application" drop down menu
• The "Mode" drop down menu allows you to select Express, Custom, or Batch design modes
• Select your degree of multiplexing from the "Plex" drop down menu
