Generic Fluorophore Labeling Reagents

Fluorescein Isomer Carboxylic Acids
Free acids for labeling free amines on proteins and peptides. Fluorescein excites at approximately 494 nm and emits at 518 nm.


TAMRA Isomer Carboxylic Acids
Free acids for labeling free amines on proteins and peptides. TAMRA excites at approximately 560 nm and emits at 583 nm.


JOE Active Ester
JOE has an absorption maximum of approximately 520 nm and emits at 550 nm. The active ester is used to couple to amine groups.
